1. General.

We combine the roles of data controller and data processor in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation ("GDPR") when processing Personal Data, until we have entered into a data processing agreement with you, under which you would be the data controller and we would be the processor.

Our role may also vary depending on the specific situation relating to the Personal Data. We act as the data controller when we ask you to provide us with your Personal Information needed to enable your access to and use of the Site and Services. In such cases, we are the data controller because we determine the purposes and means of processing Personal Data and comply with the obligations of data controllers set forth in the GDPR.
