Internet-banking and mobile banking is significantly different from that of Russian, in particular, their range of services is a lot smaller
There are two kinds of banks in UAE – common banks and Islamic banks. In most cases the differences for your business are non-existent, and you should not be concerned about opening an account in an Islamic bank
Most issues can only be resolved via directly communicating with the bank via email or phone, so be prepared
The default course of action is opening an account in UAE Dirhams (a national currency). In practice, however, this is a multi-currency account which allows you to also perform transactions in USD and EURO
Transactions to and from Russia are better made in Dirhams, using Russian banks which are in direct relationships with UAE banks
The higher your economic presence in UAE, the easier it would be for you to gain bank’s approval for your transactions
